Keep in mind most of these items has a specific idiom names to them instead of a literal word to word translation.

From the picture, I think you are looking for either 绢花, meaning "silk flower" (doesn't matter if it's not real silk), or 胸花, which is a common term for corsage. We don't usually use the other terms in everyday language.
